We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell commercial overhead doors, loading dock systems, and preventive maintenance plans to businesses across Greater Houston. The role is based out of our Spring, TX location, with travel to customer sites throughout the region.
You’ll work with car dealerships, airports, warehouses, and facility managers to build long-term service relationships. Prior industry experience with overhead doors or dock equipment is required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits with prospective commercial clients.
Sell preventive maintenance agreements and service solutions.
Provide quotes and estimates based on site assessments.
Build relationships with facilities managers, contractors, and business owners.
Maintain detailed records of activity and pipeline in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to schedule and deliver service.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience in overhead doors, loading dock equipment, or a closely related field.
Knowledge of commercial garage doors and maintenance solutions.
Comfortable conducting onsite evaluations and quoting service plans.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
