Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of roofing products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation tools.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of client roofing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
4. Collaborate with the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive pricing proposals for clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
7. Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
10. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in roofing sales or a similar field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
