  • Directed a team of supervisors, managing staffing, performance, and resource planning for a large hourly workforce.

  • Partnered with quality control teams to uphold food safety and product specifications.

  • Resolved employee relations matters efficiently and in alignment with HR and company policy.

  • Trained and mentored supervisors, fostering leadership growth and promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.

  • Ensured machinery, equipment, and workspaces were properly maintained and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards.

  • Enforced compliance with labor agreements and company policies.

  • Maintained consistent communication with frontline employees and plant leadership to support operational excellence.

Work Conditions:

  • Cold production environment with exposure to knives, hot water, and processing machinery

  • Physically demanding role involving walking, stair climbing, and working on slick surfaces

  • Typically 50–55 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
