Asphalt Mixing Plant Field Service Technician / Engineer

Travel year-round to all state in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean, mainly Eastern and Central USA.

Location & Travel
- Base location: Kentucky but you can live anywhere (Remote-friendly)

Your Impact
As our Field Service Technician/Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge asphalt mixing plants to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring our technology performs at its peak while building lasting relationships with our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead on-site assembly and commissioning of state-of-the-art asphalt mixing plants
- Provide expert technical guidance and training to clients
- Solve complex technical challenges using advanced diagnostic tools
- Travel to diverse locations while maintaining a flexible work schedule
- Build and nurture client relationships as their trusted technical advisor
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience with industrial machinery (asphalt mixing plant experience is a plus)
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Excellence in problem-solving and customer service
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for travel
Physical Requirements
