PSM Coordinator – Industrial Ammonia RefrigerationLooking for a hands-on role where you can put your Process Safety Management (PSM) expertise to work? We’re on the hunt for a PSM Coordinator to help keep our ammonia refrigeration system running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance for our ammonia refrigeration system.

• Working closely with our team to inspect, assess, and ensure the integrity of our refrigeration setup.

• Conducting detailed inspections for safety, mechanical integrity, and code compliance.

• Supporting health, safety, and environmental teams, along with maintenance managers, to ensure PSM compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

• Writing up reports, Management of Change (MOC) documents, and other PSM-related paperwork.

• Assisting with Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), compliance audits, and system drawings.

• Collaborating with contractors and vendors throughout project lifecycles.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus if you have additional certifications in refrigeration or safety management).

• Knowledge of refrigeration principles and industrial ammonia systems.

• A solid understanding of PSM components

• Strong computer skills—you should be comfortable with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Great communication skills—you’ll be writing reports and working with various teams.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments (down to -30°F).
