\nManage and coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure alignment with company objectives, project schedules, and client expectations.

\nCollaborate with project teams to review drawings, specifications, and constructability for accuracy and clarity.
\nSupport Superintendents in scheduling manpower, material deliveries, and equipment deployment.
\nDevelop long-term (30-week) schedules and oversee short-term (3- and 6-week) look-ahead plans.
\nAnticipate and resolve field challenges proactively, maintaining compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
\nLead, mentor, and evaluate Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to build strong, skilled field teams.
\nOversee onboarding, training, and continuous skill development programs.
\nConduct regular coordination meetings and one-on-one performance check-ins.
\nParticipate in recruiting, performance management, and leadership succession planning.
\nCollaborate with executive leadership (General Manager, Director/VP of Construction) to align field operations with company growth goals.
\nChampion a safety-first culture across all job sites.
\nPartner with the Safety Team for audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
\nEnsure adherence to OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company safety protocols.
\nPromote organized, hazard-free work areas and ensure prompt incident response.
\nOversee the allocation and maintenance of company equipment, tools, and materials.
\nCoordinate with Equipment and Fleet departments for repairs, inspections, and utilization tracking.
\nMonitor field productivity, resource usage, and crew efficiency across projects.
\nServe as the primary communication link between field operations and office teams.
\nDeliver timely updates on job progress, productivity, challenges, and site conditions.
\nEnsure accurate completion of daily logs, timecards, and reports through construction software.
\nMaintain transparent communication with clients, project managers, and key stakeholders.
\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
\nStay informed on industry trends, technology innovations, and regulatory changes.
\nPromote accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within field teams.
\n10+ years of experience in underground wet utility construction (water, sewer, storm drain, fire line).
\n5+ years in a leadership or multi-project supervisory role.
\nProven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules, and coordinate multiple active job sites.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
\nProficiency with construction scheduling and field management software.
\nKnowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA 30 preferred).
\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
\nExperience with both union and non-union workforces is a plus.
\nFull mobility in upper and lower body.
\nAbility to stand, kneel, or squat for extended periods.
\nCapable of lifting or moving up to 25 lbs occasionally.
