Job Title: Entry-Level Business Development Specialist

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Compensation:

• First-year: $40,000
• Incentives available, with the potential to earn up to $45,000

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and feedback.
• Promotion and Advertising: Implement entry-level marketing strategies to maintain and build relationships.
• Recruitment: Source, interview, and retain a qualified pool of candidates.
• Business Development: Generate and expand business with existing and new clients through relationship building.
• Support Representatives: Provide resumes and data sheets to company representatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entry-level environment.
