Ideally you are: > An accomplished IT Leader that can organize and bring projects to completion. > Highly adept at leading developers / coordinating all development and production activities for custom applications and integration solutions.  In this position you will: > Drive and control the successful delivery of several projects; ensuring that they are on time, within scope, and on budget. > Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of several different solutions > Ensure that the entire development lifecycle operates effectively > Directly manage assigned employee group (No Off-shore) > Interview & hire  > Plan, assign and direct work > Manage and forecast the allocation of resources to projects and budget > Participate in the software selection processes Ideally you have: > High level technical expertise and several years of application development experience within the Microsoft stack. > Experience with the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps. > Experience with Azure-based solutions. > Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. > Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. > Proven ability to influence and advocate change.
