Our client, a well-established law firm in Naples, Florida, is looking for a Legal Assistant to support attorneys who specialize in estate planning, trusts, and probate matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and revise legal documents for trusts, wills, and estate planning
Draft and e-file court pleadings and filings
Schedule meetings, monitor deadlines, and manage attorney calendars
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and in-person
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, draft responses, and maintain records
Assemble and distribute final estate documents, including POAs and healthcare directives
Support billing, time entry, and file management processes
Proactively assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative workflows
What We’re Looking For:
Background in legal administration; experience in trusts and estates preferred
Strong command of grammar and business writing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document formatting
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Able to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure
Clear, professional communication skills with clients and internal teams
