Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Setting up high-level conference calls and maintaining contact database.
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Handle basic analytical responsibilities including reading and summarizing a variety of business related documents, help review business opportunities, and ad hoc market research.
Performing minor accounting duties
Coordinate personal travel plans
Organize executive files
