Location: This role is currently on-site in Irvine, California, offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and the broader legal team in a collaborative office environment.
Note: Must have trust and probate experience. California-based paralegal experience and estate planning exposure are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Draft probate pleadings, trust administration documents, and related legal filings
- Prepare basic estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
- Assist with trust funding, asset transfers, and estate administration tasks
- File documents with California courts and help manage deadlines, calendars, and case progress
- Communicate professionally with clients, financial institutions, government agencies, and other outside parties
- Maintain organized case files, matter documentation, and supporting records
- Support attorneys with day-to-day paralegal and legal administrative work across trust and probate matters
- Help keep matters moving efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of paralegal experience in trust, probate, estate planning, or trust administration
- Strong experience drafting documents and managing probate or trust administration matters
- Knowledge of California probate procedures and estate planning workflows
- Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
- Experience with legal software and document management systems
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset
