Pay: $95,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative office environment and build hands-on litigation experience alongside an active legal team.
Note: Must be licensed in Missouri and willing to become licensed in both Kansas and Kentucky.

Job Description
- Handle real estate and mortgage-related litigation matters from drafting through case progression
- Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
- Review, analyze, and organize client documents and case materials
- Collaborate with legal staff to coordinate case management and keep files moving efficiently
- Attend hearings and other legal proceedings
- Perform legal research and analysis with support from experienced attorneys
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide timely case updates
- Manage a meaningful caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Bar license required
- Willingness to obtain Kansas and Kentucky licensure required
- 1+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred
- Real estate, foreclosure, mortgage servicing, creditor rights, or related experience preferred
- Strong drafting, organization, and deadline management skills
- Professional client communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment
