Associate Attorney - Landlord-Tenant / Creditors’ Rights
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Location: This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. The firm would prefer this position to be on-site or hybrid.
Note: To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Candidates with a couple years of experience are preferred, and courtroom experience — especially in landlord-tenant or eviction matters — is a major plus.

Job Description
- Represent clients in court throughout the state of Tennessee
- Prepare, draft, and revise pleadings, motions, notices, and other legal documents
- Assist with landlord-tenant, eviction, foreclosure, replevin, bankruptcy, collections, and general litigation matters
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, status updates, and legal issues
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues affecting active matters
- Negotiate settlements and help resolve disputes efficiently
- Work closely with attorneys and staff across the firm as needed
- Ensure files are handled in compliance with legal standards, court rules, and deadlines
Qualifications
- J.D. required
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
- 2+ years of legal experience preferred
- Courtroom experience strongly preferred
- Landlord-tenant and eviction experience is a strong plus
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Admission to the District Courts of Tennessee is a plus
