Location: Full-time openings in San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin, TX. You’ll be based in one of these offices and handle Texas matters.

Job Description
- Manage a caseload of first-party property damage insurance claims from intake through resolution
- Analyze coverage issues, damages, and liability to develop smart litigation strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demand materials, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions of insureds, adjusters, experts, and corporate representatives
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration
- Appear in court for hearings and proceedings as needed (trial experience not required)
- Communicate clearly with clients and keep them updated on strategy and next steps
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to drive timelines and outcomes
- Stay current on Texas insurance law and evolving property claim trends
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years (up to 5 years) of property damage litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
- Strong writing skills and comfort handling discovery and motion practice
- Deposition and mediation experience is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
