Location: Hybrid role based in Chadds Ford, PA. Officially two days per week on-site, with flexibility and a team that values in-person collaboration.
Note: Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license and at least 2+ years of insurance industry experience in a sales, producer, or account executive capacity.

Job Description
- Prospect, network, and hunt for new commercial clients to build a property and casualty book of business
- Own the full new business lifecycle including outreach, discovery, proposals, presentations, and closing
- Work closely with internal marketing and carrier partners to move opportunities efficiently from quote to bind
- Partner with account managers for onboarding and ongoing service so you can stay focused on growth
- Develop referral relationships with carriers, centers of influence, and industry partners
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand accounts as your book grows
- Track pipeline activity and follow established agency workflows and systems
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience, commercial preferred
- Proven hunter mindset with comfort in outbound prospecting and relationship-building
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain coverage clearly to decision-makers
- Organized, driven, and motivated by performance-based compensation
