Location: Remote in Florida. Tampa Bay proximity is a plus, but attorneys based anywhere in Florida will be considered.

Job Description

• Handle commercial real estate transactions independently from LOI through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, and related deal documents
• Oversee title and escrow matters and help resolve title issues efficiently
• Advise investors, developers, lenders, brokers, and business owners on transaction structure and risk management
• Communicate proactively with clients and counterparties to keep deals moving
• Identify practical, business-minded solutions to obstacles that arise in transactions
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, fully virtual law firm environment
• Support firm overflow work while helping expand client relationships and overall deal flow

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong ability to manage deals independently from start to finish
• Experience drafting and negotiating core commercial real estate documents
• Excellent responsiveness, follow-through, and client communication skills
• Business-minded, solutions-oriented approach to transactions
• Comfortable working in a remote, tech-forward, paperless environment
• Florida Bar admission strongly preferred
• Book of business is a plus, but not required
