Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayne, New Jersey, with work performed at project sites throughout the region.
Note: To be considered, you must have direct hardscape or landscape construction experience, prior crew leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Description
- Lead daily hardscape crew operations on active job sites
- Oversee installation of patios, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related features
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job flow
- Read plans, layouts, and project specifications and help execute work accordingly
- Train, guide, and support crew members in the field
- Communicate job progress, site needs, and issues to management
- Maintain organized, professional, and productive job sites
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations
- Support a team-first culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and reliability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, or closely related outdoor construction experience
- Prior experience leading a crew, crew leader experience, or foreman-level field responsibility
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, site prep, and outdoor living installations
- Ability to read plans, follow layouts, and manage field execution
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical job duties
- English communication skills preferred
- Permanent U.S. work authorization preferred for initial recruiting efforts
