Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayne, New Jersey, with work performed at project sites throughout the region.

Note: To be considered, you must have direct hardscape or landscape construction experience, prior crew leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Description

• Lead daily hardscape crew operations on active job sites
• Oversee installation of patios, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related features
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job flow
• Read plans, layouts, and project specifications and help execute work accordingly
• Train, guide, and support crew members in the field
• Communicate job progress, site needs, and issues to management
• Maintain organized, professional, and productive job sites
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations
• Support a team-first culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, or closely related outdoor construction experience
• Prior experience leading a crew, crew leader experience, or foreman-level field responsibility
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, site prep, and outdoor living installations
• Ability to read plans, follow layouts, and manage field execution
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical job duties
• English communication skills preferred
• Permanent U.S. work authorization preferred for initial recruiting efforts
