Job Description

• Represent clients in tort and insurance defense litigation matters
• Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
• Provide strategic counsel and take ownership of client matters
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on litigation strategy and case development
• Manage multiple active matters independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New York Bar
• 5+ years of tort and insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Strong writing, communication, and case management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
