Location
Washington, DC office. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote each week.
Note
This role requires at least 3 years of paralegal experience with direct medical malpractice experience.

Job Description
- Obtain, organize, review, and summarize large volumes of medical records
- Draft detailed medical chronologies and case summaries
- Assist attorneys with expert witness coordination and trial preparation
- Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files
- Support discovery, document management, and evidence tracking
- Conduct factual research to support legal strategy
- Provide general litigation and case support as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Hands-on medical malpractice experience required
- Strong experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Nursing or clinical background preferred but not required
