Location: This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity in Roseland, New Jersey, designed for attorneys who want the benefit of daily in-person collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.
Note: Must be admitted in New Jersey and have solid civil litigation experience in NJ, including familiarity with court rules, procedures, and the general litigation process.

Job Description
- Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Manage written discovery, document review, and case strategy support
- Prepare for and attend depositions, court appearances, and hearings
- Assist with trial preparation and overall litigation support
- Conduct legal research and write clearly and persuasively
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional manner
- Manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple active matters effectively
- Work closely with senior attorneys while also taking ownership of substantive assignments
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of NJ litigation process, procedures, and rules
- Experience with discovery and motion practice
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Motivated to grow in an in-office, team-oriented environment
