Location: This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas. We strongly prefer candidates already based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, though relocation to Fort Worth may be considered for the right person.

Note: Must have litigation paralegal experience and be committed to working in-person. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, and experience supporting trucking, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death cases is a major plus.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys in personal injury and wrongful death litigation from case inception through trial
  • Draft, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence
  • Assist with deposition preparation, mediation prep, trial prep, and document management
  • Review, summarize, and organize medical records, case files, and other evidence
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, witnesses, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, filings, and case support materials
  • Prepare exhibits, binders, and trial materials for hearings, mediation, and trial
  • Help keep complex cases moving efficiently and thoroughly

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Personal injury litigation experience is required
  • Experience with wrongful death, trucking, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
  • Strong organization, document management, and deadline management skills
  • Experience supporting trial prep, depositions, and discovery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office
  • Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required if experience is strong
