Location: Hybrid role based in Manhattan, New York, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Note: This role requires 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury tort litigation and/or insurance defense litigation experience and active New York Bar admission.

Job Description
- Handle personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation matters from early case stages through resolution
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
- Appear in court and participate in conferences, hearings, and related proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients and help develop case strategy
- Manage files independently while balancing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on litigation strategy and client service
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the New York Bar
- 3+ years of personal injury tort litigation and/or insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong writing, communication, and case management skills
- Able to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
