Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Annapolis office, offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients in a collaborative in-office environment.
Note: To be considered, candidates must have estate administration experience and education beyond high school.

Job Description
- Independently manage estate administration and probate files from opening through completion
- Prepare inventories, accountings, probate filings, and other estate administration documents
- Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other parties throughout the administration process
- Track deadlines and keep each matter moving forward in an organized and timely manner
- Maintain calendars, appointments, and file activity for attorneys
- Organize client documents and case materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the team in delivering a smooth, compassionate, and professional client experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of paralegal experience, ideally including estate administration
- Direct experience with estate administration terminology, documents, and procedures
- Education beyond high school; paralegal certificate or college coursework is a plus
- Strong file management, drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional phone and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal office
