Associate Attorney - Personal Injury / Litigation
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Location: On-site full-time in either Conway, Arkansas or Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Arkansas. The firm is open to a range of experience levels, but candidates should have some litigation experience or a clear desire to build a litigation practice. Personal injury experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Job Description
- Represent clients in personal injury and related litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients and guide them through the legal process
- Negotiate settlements and help drive matters toward strong resolutions
- Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently and effectively
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
Qualifications
- J.D. and active Arkansas bar license
- Some litigation experience or a strong interest in litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases, deadlines, and client communication effectively
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and empathy in client interactions
- Personal injury experience preferred but not required
