Location: On-site in Glendale, CA. You’ll work from a centrally located Los Angeles–area office that is easily commutable from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities.

Note: You must have at least 3 years of experience in program or project management in a professional services, legal, or client-focused environment, with a proven track record managing relationship-driven initiatives, referral programs, or client pipelines. On-site work in Glendale is required.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm’s referral program, including partner engagement, onboarding, tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Design and refine strategies, workflows, and best practices to increase referral volume, improve conversion rates, and enhance partner satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary liaison between referral partners and internal teams (attorneys, pre-litigation, and operations) to ensure alignment and consistent follow-through
  • Monitor program performance and key metrics, generating reports and actionable insights for leadership
  • Develop and deliver training, tools, and resources to internal staff to support effective referral handling and relationship management
  • Support the firm’s broader business development strategy by cultivating strong relationships with external partners and assessing new partnership opportunities
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within scope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management in a professional services, legal, or client-focused environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationship-driven programs, client pipelines, or referral networks
  • Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g., CRM, project tracking, reporting)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities and stakeholder management
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
