Location: Primarily based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a strong preference for in-office collaboration. There is potential for remote flexibility for the right candidate.
Note: Must be a J.D. with 4+ years of directly relevant commercial real estate attorney experience, including drafting and negotiating transactional real estate documents and handling due diligence and closings.

Job Description
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and purchase agreements
- Perform legal due diligence, including title and survey review and analysis
- Draft title objection letters and legal memoranda summarizing title, development, and risk issues
- Draft and negotiate Declarations, Access Easements, Utility Easements, and related real estate documents
- Coordinate and conduct commercial real estate closings
- Advise clients on legal risk and help move transactions forward efficiently
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service
- Work closely with attorneys, partners, and clients in a team-based environment
Qualifications
- J.D. required
- 4+ years of commercial real estate law experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with title and survey review
- Experience handling commercial real estate closings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities well
- Team-oriented mindset
