Note: Must be actively licensed in Florida and have 5-7 years of litigation experience. 3+ years business litigation experience

Job Description
- Analyze community association legal issues and draft clear legal opinions and practical recommendations
- Interpret and draft amendments to governing documents (declarations, bylaws, covenants, rules)
- Enforce governing documents through litigation and dispute resolution
- Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings and advise on strategy, risk, and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive, business-minded counsel
- Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda of law
- Draft and manage litigation work product: pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs
- Review and revise service contracts and vendor agreements
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform significant document review using electronic review platforms and document management systems
Qualifications
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 5-7 years of legal experience; direct community association litigation experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in business litigation
- Strong skills in research, drafting, and oral advocacy
- Excellent client service, communication, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Summation and iManage is a plus
- Experience conducting meaningful document review using electronic platforms
