Location

Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA with the ability to work from home one day per week and collaborate in a modern DTLA office the remainder of the week.

Note

This role requires active California Bar admission and substantial personal injury litigation experience. Candidates without hands-on PI litigation experience will not be considered.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare demand packages and litigation strategy
• Collaborate with internal legal and support teams to drive case outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 6+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
