Location
Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA with the ability to work from home one day per week and collaborate in a modern DTLA office the remainder of the week.
Note
This role requires active California Bar admission and substantial personal injury litigation experience. Candidates without hands-on PI litigation experience will not be considered.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
- Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare demand packages and litigation strategy
- Collaborate with internal legal and support teams to drive case outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 6+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
