Pay: $85,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Director level cash compensation is approximately $85,000, consisting of a $70,000 base salary plus approximately $15,000 in performance-based bonuses
- VP level cash compensation is approximately $107,500, consisting of an $85,000 base salary plus approximately $22,500 in performance-based bonuses
- Total compensation potential including cash compensation, benefits, 401(k), revenue share, and long-term incentives is approximately $130,000 at the Director level
- Total compensation potential including cash compensation, benefits, 401(k), revenue share, and long-term incentives is approximately $175,000 at the VP level
- Compensation growth is directly tied to recruiting performance, team growth, and market expansion

Location
This is a hybrid role supporting multiple North Carolina markets including Raleigh, Charlotte, the Triad, Fayetteville, and Asheville. The role is mostly remote with occasional in-office collaboration.
NoteThis role requires 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience and prior experience overseeing or managing others. Candidates must be process-oriented and comfortable owning and scaling a recruiting function rather than simply executing individual searches.

Job Description
- Own and scale agent recruiting strategy across multiple North Carolina markets
- Build and continuously improve recruiting systems including sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, interviewing, and closing
- Proactively drive agent attraction through outbound sourcing and relationship-building
- Partner with leadership on headcount planning, market expansion, and recruiting metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small recruiting team
- Use data and feedback to improve messaging, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Experience overseeing or managing others in a recruiting or people-focused role
- Proven ability to build or improve recruiting processes and systems
- Strong communication, follow-up, and influence skills
- Comfortable sourcing proactively rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
- Real estate recruiting experience is a plus but not required
