Location: This is a 100% remote role with no geographic restrictions. Texas property tax knowledge is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Description
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with companies that own or manage significant commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or real estate assets
- Sell directly to CFOs, tax directors, finance leaders, and other senior decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach, market research, referrals, and relationship development
- Develop sales strategies to expand the firm’s reach with regional and national property owners
- Lead discovery conversations, present the firm’s value proposition, and guide prospects through the sales process
- Negotiate and close new client engagements
- Collaborate with internal leadership to tailor solutions based on client needs, portfolio complexity, and business goals
- Help oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital outreach, print materials, and client-facing campaigns
- Track business development activity, prospect conversations, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Represent the firm professionally with sophisticated corporate clients and referral partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience
- Proven ability to sell to C-suite decision-makers, especially CFOs, tax directors, finance executives, or senior corporate leaders
- Experience selling complex professional services, consulting services, legal services, tax services, financial services, or similar B2B solutions
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Comfortable selling to industrial, manufacturing, commercial real estate, or multi-location corporate clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Texas property tax knowledge is a plus, but not required
