Location

Hybrid role based in Charleston, SC or Spartanburg, SC, with strong local market presence expected.

Note

This role requires an active South Carolina Broker-in-Charge license (or the ability to obtain one quickly) and hands-on experience coaching and scaling real estate agents.

Job Description

  • Lead and scale agent production across the South Carolina market
  • Coach agents through structured 1:1s focused on pipeline, conversion, and skill development
  • Track and manage KPIs including lead response time, conversion rates, pipeline health, and closings
  • Build repeatable systems for onboarding, training, communication, and recognition
  • Run energizing, outcome-driven team meetings with clear follow-through
  • Address underperformance directly through coaching plans and accountability timelines
  • Oversee compliance, contracts, and operational standards aligned with SC real estate law
  • Represent the brand locally through recruiting, community presence, and agent engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, programs, and market expansion

Qualifications

  • Active SC Broker-in-Charge license or ability to obtain quickly
  • 5+ years of real estate leadership or team-building experience
  • Proven track record coaching agents to higher production using systems and metrics
  • Comfort with dashboards, CRMs, lead-based models, and performance data
  • Strong operational discipline and follow-through
  • High-energy, visible leadership style
