Location: This role is fully on-site in Fishers, Indiana, with occasional travel to Bedford, Indiana to support operations as needed.
Note: Must have 2+ years of IT support or systems experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to work on-site in Fishers. Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, user access, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 support needs for office and production users
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and production devices including RF handhelds
- Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, shared resources, and user account issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and label printing systems
- Assist with basic network and infrastructure support including Wi-Fi, VPN, and switches
- Support production floor systems and ERP-related needs
- Partner with internal teams and outside vendors to resolve technical issues quickly
- Assist with upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing IT initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking, user access, and device setup
- Experience with Active Directory and account administration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support users with different technical comfort levels
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments preferred
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience is helpful
