Job description:

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Join a fast-growing, high-reputation tax and advisory firm where your growth tracks directly with the firm’s growth
  • Do meaningful work beyond compliance: proactive tax planning, advisory, and real business-owner impact
  • Own your own client relationships like an Account Manager (not a back-office preparer)
  • Clear runway to level up into senior work, advisory leadership, and long-term career stability
  • Work with a modern, forward-thinking team that values proactive planning and doing things the right way

Location: On-site in Greenfield, WI (with potential hybrid flexibility after year 1 based on performance and circumstances).

Note: Must have an active EA or CPA license, or be on track to obtain EA/CPA within 1 year. Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship now or in the future).

  • Consult with business owners on strategy, growth, and tax-saving opportunities
  • Partner with internal specialists and planning resources to support comprehensive client outcomes
  • Help improve workflows and contribute to a modern, service-forward client experience

Qualifications

  • EA or CPA license, or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • Experience in tax preparation (individual and/or business) in public accounting or similar environment
  • Strong client communication skills and comfort owning relationships
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Interested in proactive tax planning and advisory work (not just compliance)

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • A proactive, consultative culture with room to grow fast if you’re motivated
  • Team-forward environment with strong standards and real support
  • Work that’s impactful: helping clients keep more of what they earn and build long-term wealth
