Location: This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas. We strongly prefer candidates already based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, though relocation to Fort Worth will be considered for the right attorney.
Note: Must have 4+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience and be committed to working in-person. Experience with trucking, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death matters is highly valued.

Job Description
- Handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation from active case development through resolution or trial
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives
- Develop liability and damages strategy on complex litigation matters
- Draft, argue, and respond to substantive motions
- Work closely with expert witnesses and case support teams
- Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial
- Serve as first chair or second chair at trial depending on experience
- Help drive case value through strong preparation, sound strategy, and persuasive advocacy
- Partner with a team that prepares cases thoroughly and takes trial readiness seriously
Qualifications
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed attorney in good standing, ideally in Texas
- Strong deposition, courtroom, and motion practice skills
- Excellent legal writing and case strategy ability
- Experience with personal injury, wrongful death, trucking, or catastrophic injury matters is strongly preferred
- Plaintiff or defense background may be considered
- Must be motivated, prepared, and serious about trial work
