Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Location: Nevada preferred, but candidates located in either Nevada or California are acceptable. Regional court appearances and matter coverage may be required as needed.
Note: Must be licensed in both Nevada and California and have 3+ years of foreclosure, collections, creditors’ rights, or closely related default servicing experience.

Job Description
- Manage foreclosure and collections matters for institutional lender and servicer clients
- Handle a steady caseload in a creditors’ rights and default servicing practice
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement communications
- Assist with contested matters, court appearances, and issue resolution as needed
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to keep files moving efficiently
- Provide clear client updates and maintain accurate case tracking
- Apply sound legal judgment in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Qualifications
- Active Nevada Bar license in good standing
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of foreclosure, collections, creditors’ rights, or default servicing experience
- Experience representing lenders, servicers, financial institutions, or creditors preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-volume legal environment
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Located in Nevada preferred, though California-based candidates are welcome
