Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative office environment and work side-by-side with the legal team.
Note: Candidates must have prior paralegal experience. Litigation experience is preferred, but the firm is open to paralegals from other legal practice areas.

Job Description
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial preparation
- Organize and maintain case files, records, pleadings, and deadlines
- Review, collect, and manage medical records and other case-related documents
- Assist with discovery, including drafting, organizing, and tracking requests and responses
- Prepare court filings, exhibits, witness materials, and other litigation documents
- Coordinate with clients, courts, experts, medical providers, and outside parties as needed
- Help keep cases moving efficiently by maintaining organization and following up on next steps
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the litigation team
Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a paralegal
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Paralegal certificate or related education preferred
