Location

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Davie, Florida, serving clients across South Florida's Tri-County region.

Note

This role requires in-office attendance and Spanish fluency. Candidates must have prior administrative or client-facing experience and reliable transportation to the office.

Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting walk-ins
  • Manage and route incoming communications including calls, emails, website inquiries, mail, and in-person requests
  • Coordinate closely with the Client Coordinator to ensure a smooth, welcoming client experience
  • Prepare documents for signing meetings by printing, reviewing for accuracy, and organizing presentation packets
  • Scan, process, mail, and maintain executed documents in both digital and physical client files
  • Maintain office organization, supply inventory, and overall professional appearance
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, or client-facing experience at a law firm
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in professional presentation
  • Comfortable using email systems, phones, scanners, printers, and office software
  • Friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure with strong communication skills
  • Able to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
