Our client operates in a rapidly expanding segment of the health-adjacent services industry that sits at the intersection of care coordination, workforce management, and regulated service delivery. Demand for these services continues to grow nationwide due to demographic shifts, healthcare system pressures, and increased reliance on community-based support models.

The organization is entering a significant phase of evolution, marked by operational scale, structural reorganization, and planned geographic expansion beyond California. With a strong foundation already in place, the next stage of growth will focus on building durable infrastructure, professionalizing internal systems, and supporting a larger, multi-state workforce.

This role offers a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern HR function at the enterprise level, partner directly with executive leadership, and help shape a platform designed for national scale. The Director of Human Resources will play a central role in preparing the organization for long-term growth, acquisitions, and increased complexity in a highly regulated environment

The Director of HR will establish HR as a standalone vertical reporting directly to the CEO and will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization is well-positioned for future growth.
