Ascension Search Partners has been exclusively engaged by a long‑established provider of electrical power system services, including testing, maintenance, repair, training, and engineering support. It operates across numerous industrial sectors and delivers solutions related to electrical distribution systems, rotating equipment, and power system reliability. The company is recognized for its technical expertise, adherence to industry standards, and ability to support complex operational environments.
 
Primary Duties:
  • Lead multi-year transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy, focused on improving margin, productivity, asset utilization, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify, prioritize, and structure initiatives supported by clear business cases, performance metrics, and ROI tracking.
  • Partner with executive leadership to enhance operating models, organizational effectiveness, and growth enablement.
  • Collaborate with Finance to improve cost visibility, labor productivity, pricing discipline, and margin performance.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Sales teams to strengthen pricing strategies, labor rate optimization, and contract structures.
  • Support forecasting accuracy, prevent revenue leakage, and contribute to post-initiative financial reviews.
  • Lead complex change initiatives across functions, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies that drive adoption and sustained impact.
  • Build internal transformation capability through coaching, talent development, and accountability-driven execution.
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to leverage data, analytics, and enterprise systems in support of transformation efforts.
  • Support implementation and adoption of tools related to ERP, workforce management, project management, and reporting.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
 
Educational/Experience Level:
  • 10+ years in transformation, operations, strategy, or finance.
  • Proven success leading large, multi‑workstream programs.
  • Strong project/program management with roadmap and risk experience.
  • High analytical and financial acumen; ability to convert insights into action.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience in industrial or electrical services preferred.
  • ERP/CRM/CPQ system experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting growth, integration, or change in decentralized organizations preferred.
