Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner across all office functions—ensuring financial rigor, transparency, and forward‑looking planning while providing clear visibility, sound governance, and disciplined execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the organization’s financial infrastructure, including reporting, controls, liquidity planning, and capital strategy.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and net worth reporting across multiple entities, trusts, and ownership structures.
• Manage cash, balance sheet oversight, leverage, credit facilities, and banking relationships, with strong capital markets judgment.
• Design and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable financial data.
• Partner closely with investment leadership on portfolio construction, underwriting, liquidity planning, risk management, and investment committee discussions.
• Support large‑scale private investments and real estate initiatives through underwriting, budgeting, and execution.
• Own and drive tax strategy across entities, investments, trusts, and personal structures; oversee external advisors and ensure timely, accurate compliance.
• Build and lead a growing finance function with a hands‑on, player‑coach approach.

Experience and Credentials

• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience within private equity, alternative investments, or an institutional family office.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years at the executive level.
• Deep expertise in multi‑entity structures, capital markets, tax strategy, complex financing, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with ultra‑high‑net‑worth principals in complex business and personal financial ecosystems.
• Proven success building scalable financial infrastructure and implementing enabling technology.
