VP of Finance - Business Unit

This is a rare opportunity for a high-impact finance leader to operate as the financial right hand to a Business Unit President while partnering closely with the CFO in a highly visible, growth-oriented organization.

This is not a traditional finance role. The successful candidate will function as a "mini-CFO" for a multibillion-dollar global business, helping drive profitability, business performance, strategic investments, forecasting, inventory optimization, and long-term growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Senior FP&A or strategic finance leadership experience within large, complex, global organizations
• Strong business partnering mindset with a demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and financial planning
• Experience supporting global operations and cross-functional leadership teams
• Ability to connect financial insights to operational decisions that drive results
• Experience in inventory-intensive, supply chain-driven environments
• Track record building new processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Exposure to ERP systems, automation, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives
• Executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving
