Senior Director, Finance Operations | High-Growth, PE-Backed Healthcare Platform

A rapidly expanding, PE-backed healthcare organization — 100+ new locations and providers added annually — is seeking a Senior Director, Finance Operations to partner directly with the CFO.

This is a high-visibility seat blending finance, procurement, and provider compensation strategy — not a traditional accounting or controller-track role. You'll own enterprise-wide vendor consolidation and procurement savings initiatives, lead provider compensation governance for a sophisticated physician population, and help shape decisions through direct exposure to executive leadership.
