Ecommerce Finance Manager
Manager, Ecommerce FP&A
The Manager, FP&A – Ecommerce plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of a fast-growing digital business within a dynamic retail environment. This is a highly visible role for a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of financial rigor, ecommerce economics, and digital marketing performance.
Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce Finance, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across Ecommerce and Marketing, helping guide investment decisions, optimize growth, and elevate how financial insights are used to drive results. You will own forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and advanced analytics for the ecommerce business—translating complex digital metrics into clear, actionable financial narratives that influence strategy.
This role is ideal for a high-caliber FP&A professional with a retail or CPG background, deep curiosity for digital commerce, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, connect data to outcomes, and help a growing retailer sharpen its financial lens. If you’re energized by understanding customer behavior, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and marketing ROI—and using that insight to drive smarter decisions—this is a seat at the table where your work will matter.
