- True transformation opportunity – redesign how RCM, analytics, and financial performance operate across the business
- High visibility, high impact – core initiatives tied directly to performance improvement
- Private equity momentum – backed by an engaged sponsor with strong traction and a clear value creation plan
- Modernization story – building data, reporting, and analytics capabilities from the ground up

- Drive data integrity, reporting accuracy, and KPI standardization across the organization
- Design and implement new operating models, workflows, and analytics frameworks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High EQ and communication skills—ability to influence across teams, including providers
- Experience driving data, process, or operational improvement initiatives
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exposure to analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.) a plus—not required
- Healthcare/RCM exposure helpful, but not required for the right candidate
