Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial performance management for the business unit, driving
analytical insight, guiding long-range planning processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role partners closely
with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial accuracy, operational alignment, and informed decision-making while
maintaining compliance with financial policies and controls.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead financial performance management, leveraging analytical insight to identify trends, assess risks and
    opportunities, and recommend actions that improve business results.
  • Oversee development, enhancement, and governance of financial models used for long-range planning,
    forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational
    objectives.
  • Provide high-level variance analysis and synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Evaluate major capital investments and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and optimal
    return on investment.
  • Develop and deliver key financial metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior finance leadership to ensure alignment between business unit, divisional, and corporate
    strategies.
  • Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
  • Support strategic projects, cross-functional efforts, and operational improvement initiatives.

Educational/Experience Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related area; experience in distribution or
    manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Mastery of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
  • Proven leadership experience managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and preferably SAP BPC.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
