Key Responsibilities
Capital Planning & Portfolio Oversight

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the capital project portfolio

Oversee capital expenditure tracking and provide executive-level visibility into project performance

Evaluate investment proposals, prioritization frameworks, and capital allocation trade-offs

Manage the full lifecycle of capital requests, ensuring analytical rigor and governance compliance

Partner with project sponsors and leadership to align capital strategy with enterprise objectives
Reporting Architecture & Financial Analytics

Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve transparency of capital spend, commitments, and forecast accuracy

Build and refine financial models to assess project-level and portfolio-level returns

Standardize reporting cadence and automate analysis where appropriate

Prepare executive-ready summaries highlighting trends, risks, and investment implications
Governance, Controls & Compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile
