Preconstruction Manager

Their Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of our design-build projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and their internal team to develop accurate budgets, estimates, and strategies that align with project goals. What You’ll Do

• Lead the preconstruction phase of design-build projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets
• Partner with architects, engineers, and design teams to provide cost-effective, creative solutions
• Facilitate value engineering and feasibility studies to optimize design and costs
• Prepare and manage conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze drawings, perform accurate takeoffs, and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids
• Present preconstruction reports, schedules, and risk assessments to clients and internal teams
• Act as the key liaison between design and construction, ensuring smooth project handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture degree preferred
