General Manager – Cabinetry Division

Location: Wood Dale, IL

Compensation: $110K base + commissions | Year 1 OTE: $150K–$160K

Our client, a respected leader in the Chicagoland flooring industry, is expanding and we’re hiring a General Manager to launch and lead their brand-new Cabinetry Division.

Their clients, ranging from custom homebuilders to large-scale commercial and muti-family developers, have asked them to offer cabinetry and countertops. With a new showroom opening in June, they are ready to find a leader with the right experience, network, and entrepreneurial spirit to make it happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch and lead a new cabinetry and countertops division from the ground up
• Secure supplier relationships and build out showroom displays that reflect the quality and style our customers expect
• Leverage an existing pipeline of homebuilders and developers already doing business with our flooring team
• Partner with leadership to define strategy, pricing, and operational workflows
• Build and manage a team over time to support long-term growth

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have a background in kitchen and bath cabinetry sales and operations
• Understand the ins and outs of a cabinetry shop and showroom environment
• Bring a strong network of custom builders, multi-family and commercial developers in the Chicagoland area
• Are excited to build something new with the safety net of an established company
• Are equally comfortable selling, collaborating, and making strategic decisions
