Rapidly growing financial services firm based in Irvine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on scaling the sales team. This is not a typical recruiting role. You will be at the center of building a high-performing sales floor, working directly with leadership to identify, attract, and close top talent. This is a hands on, individual contributor role with full ownership and no direct reports. You will partner with best in class leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on how to grow the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead candidate screening and interviews, evaluating both skill set and cultural alignment
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear, proactive communication
- Partner closely with leadership to define hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline for both active and future hiring needs
- Support offer process, including structuring and presenting competitive packages
- Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and ensure process consistency
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans, onboarding, and ongoing process improvements
- Continuously refine recruiting strategy based on what drives performance on the floor
- Support additional hiring initiatives as the business scales
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or high-growth environment
- Experience in debt settlement and tax relief industries is highly desired
- Experience hiring across levels, with a strong focus on sales or revenue generating roles
- Strong sourcing capability across Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and build trust with candidates and leadership
Compensation for this role goes up to $150K plus a targeted, tiered bonus and excellent benefits.
