We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with deep roots in the dietary supplement and ingredient industry. This sales professional knows the Utah supplement manufacturing landscape inside and out. This is a fractional, contract-based role with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit. You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships with supplement brands, contract manufacturers, and ingredient buyers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with dietary supplement manufacturers, particularly in the Utah region.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to introduce and promote branded and commodity ingredients.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation through to close, including pricing strategy and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on client onboarding and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning.
  • Attend key industry events and trade shows as needed to support business development.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the dietary supplement or ingredient industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating revenue and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong network of contacts within supplement brands and/or manufacturers in Utah.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a self-directed environment.
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic reporting.
